All over the world. We spent a long time searching for the most powerful, high quality (and organic where possible) ingredients to use
in our elixirs. Our Ceremonial Grade Matcha is sourced ethically and responsibly from the remote Yame District of Kyūshū Island, Japan. Our Organic Coconut Milk Powder is grown and produced in Ceylon, Sri
Lanka. Our Lion’s Mane Mushrooms come from Raglan, NZ, and our Red Maca & Ashwagandha are also sourced from a New Zealand-based wholefoods company. We’ve tested hundreds of different individual ingredients to give you the best of the best in one convenient product.

BYRÈ was founded by Renee Brown — a nutritionist, health coach and mum who’s passionate about helping people show up as their healthiest & happiest selves on the daily. After years of experimentation, Renee saw the benefits of drinking matcha lattes & other elixirs boosted with adaptogens (not to mention the incredible benefits of making the act a daily ritual) so she set out to create her own product she could share with others. The result, of course, is our High Vibe Matcha — an elixir of unmatched quality in New Zealand — and a lineup of other exciting wellness products to be released very soon…

No, they don’t.

It’s designed to be sipped in the warmth of the morning sun, ideally after your breakfast. There’s no better way to start your day than taking 10 minutes to sit somewhere quiet, be fully present in the
moment & enjoy your Matcha mindfully. If you need an afternoon energy boost (or are just in need of a little extra nourishment), drinking your Matcha in the afternoon will help to clear your head, calm your adrenals and give you a boost to get you through the rest of your day.

Within 30 minutes of drinking your
High Vibe Matcha you should feel a noticeable uplift in your energy levels and mood, but the magic really happens with ongoing use. The incredible thing about
adaptogens is that you only need a tiny amount every day, as the benefits build over time.

Yes! We love coffee, but matcha is quite different — especially in regards to the type of energy boost it provides. Coffee gives a more intense and immediate caffeine kick, often leading to jitters or crashes, whereas matcha's gradual energy release and rich antioxidants contribute to a more sustained and gentle stimulation. This is thanks to matcha’s unique combination of caffeine and the amino acid L-theanine, which promotes alertness
and relaxation simultaneously. Matcha is also more gentle on the stomach (being alkaline, rather than acidic), better for your skin, gentler on your adrenals, and better for boosting your metabolism.

For almost everyone — men, women, busy mums, wellness enthusiasts, die-hard matcha
lovers. It’s even for the people who have tried matcha & disliked it (let’s just say ours is quite different to
anything else out there).

Due to the high functional levels of adaptogens added to this elixir, High Vibe Matcha is not recommended  for children under 15 years of age, or pregnant or breastfeeding women.

High Vibe Matcha isn’t bitter & already contains a natural sweetener in the form of monk fruit, but if you like your matcha on the sweeter side then we recommend a dash of honey or maple syrup. A sprinkle of cinnamon works wonders too.

Pure Matcha is simply that — 100% organic ceremonial grade matcha powder — whereas High Vibe Matcha is an elixir boosted with powerful adaptogens and superfoods. High Vibe Matcha also has the addition of natural creamers & monk fruit, so it’s slightly sweeter with a kick of ginger. The two products are designed to complement each other, so you can switch them up daily based on how you’re feeling. 

Ceremonial Grade (as opposed to culinary or latte grade) Matcha refers to green tea leaves that have been plucked from the first harvest: these leaves are the most tender, are sweeter, and offer a more potent and cleaner dose of powerful
antioxidants. We chose ceremonial grade over regular latte grade because it’s higher quality, is bursting with more antioxidants, has a clean & balanced (non-bitter) taste and is the most beautiful vibrant green.

It’s best stored at room temperature.
Your Pure Matcha comes in a beautiful reusable Miron violet glass jar that protects its incredible health qualities and also extends its shelf life.

Matcha offers more health benefits — it has up to 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea! Matcha is shaded from excessive sunlight while it’s growing, and this technique produces plants that are higher in theanine, antioxidants, chlorophyll & caffeine than green tea. Matcha is also made into a powder (as opposed to loose leaf tea) by grinding the green tea leaves to produce a more concentrated, nutrient-packed alternative.

No — you can use it for so many things! Aside from making creamy elixirs you can also use it for blitzing your greens powders into water, adding foam to cocktails or whipping up fluffies for the little ones. 

About 10 seconds ought to do it. Your Milk Frother is super powerful, don’t fill your cup to the top or the
liquid may overflow once you start frothing (trust us on that — we made the mistake so you don't have to!).

No, you’ll need to heat up your milk first.

Simply rinse it under water then leave to try. Don’t place it in the dishwasher.
