Once you place an order you will be emailed a confirmation with your tracking number. Simply click ‘track my order’ and you’ll be able to see how far away it is and when it’s expected to arrive.

If your product arrives damaged please reach out to us at hello@byrewellness.com and we will get a new one sent your way. 

When an order is placed, it normally takes around 2-3 business days around New Zealand and 14 days to Australia to get your order processed, packed up and delivered to you.

We currently ship across New Zealand and Australia. If you’re based further afield, make sure you’re following us on Instagram as we hope to announce wider international shipping in the near future.

BYRÉ will only issue refunds for products purchased from byrewellness.com and only if the products is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent. If that occurs BYRÉ will issue a replacement, refund or exchange for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not issue refunds or returns if you change your mind so please choose carefully.
