When should I drink my High Vibe Matcha?

It’s designed to be sipped in the warmth of the morning sun, ideally after your breakfast. When can I expect to feel the benefits?

Is matcha different from coffee?

Yes! We love coffee, but matcha is quite different — especially in regards to the type of energy boost it provides. Coffee gives a more intense and immediate caffeine kick, often leading to jitters or crashes, whereas matcha's gradual energy release and rich antioxidants contribute to a more sustained and gentle stimulation. This is thanks to matcha’s unique combination of caffeine and the amino acid L-theanine, which promotes alertness and relaxation simultaneously. Matcha is also more gentle on the stomach (being alkaline, rather than acidic), better for your skin, gentler on your adrenals, and better for boosting your metabolism.
