Rituals of Wellness

At BYRÉ we have a manifesto called our Rituals Of Wellness. It’s how we show up each day, what we prioritise, and what guides us so that we can be our most aligned, authentic, and radiant selves. That being said, it's not about perfection. Life is messy and we embrace that by still finding ways to show up for ourselves amongst the busyness. Five minutes of meditation or matcha in the sun is always better than no self-care. This is what we live and breathe and I hope our manifesto inspires you to do the same.

Take Exquisite Care Of Yourself.

Get serious about feeling incredible. Make it a daily priority. Schedule it in. Pamper yourself. Listen to what your body needs. Make self-care and nourishment a daily non-negotiable and watch your health, wellness, and vibration transform.

Create A Morning Routine You Love.

When we start the day filling our cup and looking after ourselves before we do anything else, we head into the day feeling our absolute best — with energy, patience, and an inner calm that helps us move through the day with more ease. This is such a sacred time to tune in, slow down, and listen to what your body is telling you. Because every day, and every season of life, is different. 

Get Your Sweat On.

Movement is so important for our health, energy, mindset, thoughts, and detoxification. We’re designed to move and sweat — whether that’s with a Pilates or hot yoga class, beach walk, or even a sweaty sauna session to cleanse the body.

Meditate. Breathe Deeply.

Time in stillness is a way of life at  Byrè. We believe in the power of sitting with our thoughts, of taking time each day (sometimes twice a day) to slow down, tune in, and listen to what our higher calling is saying.

Be Grateful For All You Have And Everything You Are Manifesting.

This is all about self-reflection and growth. Write down what you’re grateful for, your desires, your goals, and your morning pages. Visualise, daydream, and let it inspire and motivate you for the day ahead.

Daily inspiration is so important. We believe in challenging ideas and always being open to new ways of doing things. We make sure we’re always learning, reading, listening, and doing things that inspire us each day as we know it changes our energy and mood for the better.

Make It Green And Feel Your Energy Soar.

Daily greens are a key part of our daily foundational diet. They lift us up, give us energy, make us shine like no other food… and the best part is the more you eat, the better you feel. Aim for 5-7 servings a day in all forms from smoothies and juices to powders and salads — even sneaking them into your bowl of pasta at the end of a busy day. Welcome the power of green.

Drink Your Matcha. It’s A Vibe.

Matcha is a way of life at  Byrè. It’s part of us. It’s how we move through the day with the most incredible calm energy and how we support and nourish our bodies. It’s a ritual that raises our vibration and lets us show up and tune into the best version of ourselves. We recommend drinking it mindfully outside in the sunshine while grounding on the earth to really take this ritual to the next level — the practice is part of its magic.

Live Beautifully.

Take special time and attention to surrounding your home with things that light you up. Beautiful bowls, flowers, candles, and crystals that bring magic and beauty into your daily life will lift you, inspire you, and elevate your energy and mood. When our energy is high we attract more good energy and good vibes. Trust us on this.

Commit To Your Rituals.

Lean on them. Build them. Perfect them and find the ones that make you thrive. They’re essential to how you feel and show up, so make them part of who you are & how you move through your day. Our rituals are there to make our days easier, not harder. They’re our foundation and so we commit to them and call on them daily, since it’s not what you do now and then that matters but what you do every day that counts.

You know that feeling when someone walks into a room and you just want to be by them? They have this way about them. You’re drawn to their energy. You can’t see it but you can feel it. That’s their vibration and it’s something we all have. Certain things in our day raise our vibration while others pull it down. It’s your job to do what you need to do to raise your vibration so you can move through the day as your highest, healthiest, and happiest self. This is what we strive for daily.
