Nothing is more powerful than your daily habits so let's start the year off right with these five beauty + wellness rituals that our founder leans on daily.

1.Daily Gua Sha - Adopting the beauty ritual of using a gua sha is one of the amazing rituals you can add to your beauty routine for tighter, plumper, and more sculpted skin. Apply a little oil morning and night and then gently glide over your face (DON’T PULL) for 3-5 minutes morning and night for best results. Consistency is key here. The more often you do it, the better the results.
2. Grounding - Take a little time every day to ground on the earth. It’s been shown to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and reduce blood pressure. It’s also a beautiful way to connect with nature, slow down, and remember to be present and breathe. Our favourite way to add grounding into our day at BYRÉ is to sip our morning matcha while we ground our feet on the grass and get in our morning light.
3.Drink Your Matcha. It's a Vibe - Matcha is a way of life at Byrè. It’s part of us. It’s how we move through the day with the most incredible calm energy and support and nourish our bodies. It’s a ritual that raises our vibration and lets us show up and tune into the best version of ourselves. We recommend adding this beautiful ritual to your day (sometimes even twice a day) to really notice the impact that matcha can have on how you feel, your energy, your skin, and your mood.
4.Meditate daily - We believe in the power of sitting with our thoughts and taking time each day (sometimes twice a day) to slow down, tune in, and listen to our higher calling. Find a meditation that works for you then lean into it, nothing is more powerful than taking time to connect within and listen to your body.
5.Dry Body Brush - The best way to stimulate your lymphatic system, improve your circulation, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and give your skin the smoothest feeling is to dry body brush daily. Like your gua sha, you want to do it daily for the best results. Aim for the morning before your shower and slowly build the habit into your morning routine.
